Information on our New Jersey Registered Agent Services

Thomas Law Firm PLLC provides Registered Agent Services in New Jersey. A Registered Agent is a person or Entity that is designated to receive service of process and/or legal and tax documents from the State of NJ on behalf of an LLC. Many businesses choose to use a Registered Agent for enhanced privacy, convenience and compliance reasons.

Our Registered Agent Service involves listing our law firm’s address on your LLC registration so you don't have to (for new business entity registrations). Your name and business address can be kept confidential. We will also scan and email you New Jersey State issued legal and tax documents that we receive on your behalf. Please note, this is not a mail forwarding service for regular mail. Our Registered Agent Service involves collecting State issued legal and tax documents only. For clients with LLCs already established within New Jersey or elsewhere, we are also able to provide registered agent services for a variety of compliance reasons. Please contact us to inquire.
